Designer table lamps, handmade in South Africa
DARK table lamps are made in our Johannesburg workshop in blown glass, solid brass, alabaster and turned timber. They are built as objects first — pieces that hold a console, side table or desk during the day and give a warm, low pool of light at night.
Materials and finishes
Hand-blown and cut glass, natural alabaster, solid brass, powder-coated steel and oak. Finish options run across satin brass, bronze, noir gold, ivory, black, white and chrome.
Where table lamps work best
Bedside tables, entrance consoles, living-room side tables, studies and desks, hotel rooms, and restaurant and lounge settings where portable, low-level light is needed. For the same language of light at floor level, see our floor lamps.
