Designer wall lights, made in our Johannesburg workshop
DARK wall lights cover everything from slim reading sconces beside a bed to sculptural glass and brass pieces that carry a hallway or stairwell on their own. All are designed and manufactured in South Africa, which means finishes, plate sizes and switching can be adapted to a specification instead of worked around.
Materials and finishes
Blown glass, solid brass, alabaster, powder-coated steel and oak, in finishes including satin brass, bronze, noir gold, chrome, ivory, black and white.
Where wall lights work best
Corridors and stairwells, bedside and headboard lighting, bathroom mirrors, gallery walls, restaurant banquettes and hotel corridors. Wall lights are the practical answer where ceiling height or joinery rules out a pendant.
Switching and control
Wall fittings can be specified with local switching or run off a lighting circuit. If you are detailing the wall plates too, our bespoke switch plates are made in the same finishes so the sconce and the switch match.
